The Power Integrations 1SC0450E2B0-65 is a single-channel SCALE™-2 series gate driver IC module designed for high-side or low-side driving of IGBTs. This module delivers exceptional performance with peak output currents of 50A source and 50A sink, coupled with fast rise and fall times of 30ns and 25ns respectively. It supports a high-side voltage of up to 6500V, making it suitable for demanding power applications.
