Power Integrations TOPSwitch®-JX TOP267KG is an offline, enclosed-mode, switching regulator IC designed for flyback topologies. This component integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET and a sophisticated control circuit within a single package, enabling highly efficient power conversion. Featuring selectable switching frequencies of 66kHz and 132kHz, the TOP267KG offers flexibility in transformer design and EMI reduction.
