Power Integrations TOPSwitch®-HX TOP255MN is an offline switcher IC designed for high-efficiency flyback converter applications. This 700V device integrates a power MOSFET, PWM controller, fault protection features including current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection, and a high-frequency oscillator. Operating at a 66kHz switching frequency with an internal switch, it supports up to 30W output power. The device is housed in a 10-CSDIP package with through-hole mounting.
