Power Integrations TOPSwitch®-GX series TOP244F is an offline flyback converter IC. This component integrates a high-voltage MOSFET, PWM controller, and fault protection features including current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection. Operating at switching frequencies between 66kHz and 132kHz, the TOP244F supports up to 65W output power with a 700V breakdown voltage. The device is packaged in a TO-262-7C (6 leads) with formed leads, suitable for through-hole mounting.
