Power Integrations TOPSwitch®-GX series TOP243FN is an offline PWM controller designed for flyback converter topologies. This device integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET, frequency control, current limiting, and fault protection features including over-temperature and over-voltage protection. Operating with a switching frequency range of 66kHz to 132kHz, it supports up to 45W output power and features a 700V breakdown voltage. The TOP243FN is housed in a TO-262-7C package, suitable for through-hole mounting. Its internal switch and isolated output capabilities make it ideal for applications in consumer electronics, industrial control, and power supplies. The device offers a maximum duty cycle of 66.5% and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ).
