Power Integrations TOPSwitch®-FX TOP234P is an offline switcher IC for flyback topologies, operating within a 66kHz to 132kHz switching frequency range. This 8-PDIP-B package component features integrated 700V breakdown voltage and a maximum 78% duty cycle. It offers robust fault protection including current limiting, over-temperature, and over-voltage protection.
