Power Integrations TOPSwitch®-II TOP224G-TL is an 8-SMD, Gull Wing surface mount offline switcher designed for AC/DC converter applications. This component integrates a power MOSFET and control circuitry, supporting Boost, Buck, Flyback, and Forward topologies with a switching frequency of 100kHz. It features a 700V breakdown voltage and a maximum power output of 30W. Enhanced reliability is provided through built-in current limiting and over-temperature fault protection.
