Power Integrations TOPSwitch® TOP100YAI is an offline switcher IC designed for high-efficiency power conversion. This component integrates a 350V power MOSFET with a PWM controller, offering a versatile solution for Boost, Buck, Flyback, and Forward topologies. Operating at a fixed switching frequency of 100kHz, the TOP100YAI delivers up to 30W output power with an isolated output.
