Power Integrations LinkSwitch™-HP LNK6664K is an off-line flyback switcher IC designed for high power applications up to 39W. This component integrates a 650V power MOSFET and a high-speed, current-mode PWM controller within a single 12-ESOP package. Operating at switching frequencies between 120kHz and 136kHz, the LNK6664K supports a duty cycle of up to 64%. It features comprehensive fault protection including current limiting, overload, over-temperature, over-voltage, and short-circuit protection. The device is suitable for surface mount applications and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ). Its isolated output topology makes it ideal for use in consumer electronics, industrial power supplies, and LED lighting applications.
