Power Integrations LinkSwitch®-TN LNK306DG is a non-isolated AC/DC converter IC designed for offline power supplies. This SO-8C packaged device integrates a 700V power MOSFET and a control circuitry supporting buck, buck-boost, and flyback topologies. Operating at a 66kHz switching frequency with a 69% duty cycle, the LNK306DG offers built-in fault protection including current limiting, open loop, over temperature, and short circuit protection. Its surface mountable design and wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ) make it suitable for various applications in the consumer electronics, industrial automation, and lighting sectors.
