Power Integrations LinkSwitch®-TN LNK305G is an 8-lead SMD device designed for highly efficient offline power conversion. This non-isolated AC-DC converter integrates a 700V power MOSFET with a controller, enabling simple buck, buck-boost, and flyback topologies. Operating at a fixed 66kHz switching frequency with a 69% duty cycle, the LNK305G offers robust fault protection including current limiting, open loop, over temperature, and short circuit protection.
