The Power Integrations LinkSwitch®-TN LNK304G-TL is a highly integrated offline switcher IC designed for non-isolated AC-DC power supplies. This device supports buck, buck-boost, and flyback topologies, operating at a 66kHz switching frequency. It features an integrated 700V power MOSFET, simplifying design and reducing component count. The LNK304G-TL offers robust fault protection, including current limiting, open loop, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection.
