Power Integrations InnoSwitch™-CH series INN2023K is a 12W offline flyback converter with secondary-side synchronous rectification. This highly integrated solution operates at a 100kHz switching frequency and features an internal 650V power switch. The eSOP-R16B package provides a compact footprint for surface mount applications.
