The onsemi Mosorb™ MPTE-010 is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for robust transient voltage suppression. This axial-packaged component offers a reverse standoff voltage of 10V and a breakdown voltage of 11.7V (minimum). It is rated for a peak pulse current of 90A (8/20µs) and a peak pulse power of 1500W. The clamping voltage at 90A (8/20µs) is a maximum of 16.7V. Operating across a wide temperature range of -65°C to 175°C (TJ), the MPTE-010 is suitable for general-purpose applications, commonly found in automotive and industrial power line protection circuits.
