The onsemi Mosorb™ ICTE-022G is a high-performance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for robust protection. This axial component offers a 22V reverse standoff voltage and a breakdown voltage of at least 25.9V. For surge events, it provides a maximum clamping voltage of 37.5V at a peak pulse current (Ipp) of 40A (measured with an 8/20µs waveform).
