This single-gate device offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 400V and a continuous on-state current (IT(RMS)) of 8A. It features a maximum gate trigger current (IGT) of 50mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 1.5V, ensuring reliable triggering. The holding current (IH) is also rated at 50mA. With a high surge current capability of 80A at 60Hz, the MAC9D is suitable for handling transient loads.
