The onsemi MOC213R1M is a high-reliability photocoupler featuring a gallium arsenide infrared LED coupled to a silicon phototransistor with a base connection. This component provides 2500Vrms isolation and is designed for applications requiring robust electrical isolation. The output stage offers a maximum output current of 150mA and a Vce saturation of 400mV. With a minimum current transfer ratio of 100% at 10mA, it ensures efficient signal transmission.
