onsemi FSUSB31L8X, a single-channel USB switch, features a DPST (Double Pole Single Throw) configuration within an 8-MicroPak™ package. This USB 2.0 compliant component offers a -3dB bandwidth of 720MHz and a maximum on-state resistance of 10 Ohms. Designed with break-before-make functionality, the FSUSB31L8X supports single supply operation from 3V to 4.3V and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Its 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuitry and compact surface mount design make it suitable for applications in consumer electronics and mobile devices where efficient USB signal routing is critical.
