onsemi FSUSB31L8X, a single-channel USB switch, features a DPST (Double Pole Single Throw) configuration within an 8-MicroPak™ package. This USB 2.0 compliant component offers a -3dB bandwidth of 720MHz and a maximum on-state resistance of 10 Ohms. Designed with break-before-make functionality, the FSUSB31L8X supports single supply operation from 3V to 4.3V and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Its 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuitry and compact surface mount design make it suitable for applications in consumer electronics and mobile devices where efficient USB signal routing is critical. The device is supplied on tape and reel.
