onsemi EcoSPARK® Series FGD3245G2-F085V is a high-performance Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) designed for demanding automotive applications. This surface-mount device features a 450V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current of 23A, with a maximum power dissipation of 150W. The FGD3245G2-F085V offers a low on-state voltage of 1.25V at 4V gate-emitter voltage and 6A collector current. Its logic input type and a gate charge of 23 nC facilitate efficient switching. Qualified to AEC-Q101 automotive standards, this IGBT is supplied in a TO-252-3, DPAK (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 package for tape and reel mounting. It operates reliably across an extended temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
