The onsemi FQD30N06LTF is a QFET® N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency switching applications. This component features a drain-source voltage (Vdss) of 60V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 24A at 25°C (Tc). With a low Rds(On) of 39mOhm maximum at 12A and 10V, it minimizes conduction losses. The device offers a gate charge (Qg) of 20nC maximum at 5V, contributing to efficient switching performance. Its TO-252AA (DPAK) surface mount package provides excellent thermal management, with a maximum power dissipation of 44W at 25°C (Tc). The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C (TJ). This MOSFET is suitable for use in power supplies, motor control, and automotive electronics.
