The onsemi FQD10N20LTF is a QFET® series N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for efficient power switching applications. This device features a Drain-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 200V and a continuous Drain Current (Id) of 7.6A at 25°C (Tc). The Rds On is specified at a maximum of 360mOhm at 3.8A and 10V Vgs. With a gate charge (Qg) of 17 nC at 5V and input capacitance (Ciss) of 830 pF at 25V, it offers robust performance characteristics.
