The onsemi FDP7030BL is an N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFET designed for high-performance applications. This device features a 30V Drain-Source Voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current of 60A at 25°C (Ta), with a maximum power dissipation of 60W (Tc). The low on-resistance of 9mOhm at 30A and 10V Vgs is achieved with a 10V gate drive. Key parameters include a gate charge (Qg) of 24 nC at 5V and an input capacitance (Ciss) of 1760 pF at 15V. The TO-220-3 package facilitates through-hole mounting. This MOSFET is suitable for use in power supply, motor control, and automotive applications. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C (TJ).
