onsemi FDP15N40, a UniFET™ series N-Channel MOSFET, offers a 400V drain-to-source voltage and 15A continuous drain current at 25°C. This through-hole TO-220-3 packaged device features a maximum on-resistance of 300mOhm at 7.5A and 10V gate-source voltage. With a gate charge of 36 nC at 10V and input capacitance of 1750 pF at 25V, it is suitable for applications requiring efficient power switching.
