The onsemi FDMS86380-F085 is an N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFET designed for demanding applications requiring high efficiency and robust performance. This device features a 80 V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) capability of 50 A at 25°C (Tc). With a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 13.4 mOhm at 50 A and 10 V Vgs, it minimizes conduction losses. The MOSFET offers a maximum power dissipation of 75 W (Tj) and a gate charge (Qg) of 30 nC at 10 V. Its 8-PowerVDFN (Power56) surface mount package facilitates efficient thermal management. Qualified to AEC-Q101 and featuring Automotive grade, this component is suitable for automotive power management, motor control, and power supply applications. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C (TJ).
