The onsemi FDMS7660AS is an N-Channel Power MOSFET from the PowerTrench®, SyncFET™ series, designed for demanding applications. This 30V device features a low Rds(on) of 2.4mOhm at 25A and 10V, facilitating efficient power delivery. It supports continuous drain currents of 26A at ambient temperature and 42A at case temperature, with power dissipation capabilities of 2.5W (Ta) and 83W (Tc).
