The onsemi FDMC8010ET30 is a PowerTrench® N-Channel MOSFET designed for high-performance power switching applications. This device features a 30V drain-to-source voltage (Vdss) and supports continuous drain current ratings of 30A at ambient temperature and 174A at case temperature. With a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 1.3mOhm at 30A and 10V Vgs, and a maximum gate charge (Qg) of 94 nC, it is optimized for efficient power conversion. The MOSFET operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to 175°C (TJ) and is housed in an 8-PowerWDFN package (Power33) for surface mounting, supplied on tape and reel. Typical applications include DC-DC converters and power management solutions in computing, server, and industrial sectors. Drive voltages range from 4.5V to 10V, with a maximum gate-source voltage (Vgs) of ±20V.
