onsemi FDG327NZ is an N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFET designed for efficient switching applications. This component offers a Drain-to-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 20V and a continuous Drain current (Id) of 1.5A at 25°C with a maximum power dissipation of 420mW.
