The onsemi FDD7030BL is an N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This device offers a 30V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and features a continuous drain current of 14A at a typical ambient temperature (Ta) and 56A at the case temperature (Tc). With a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 9.5mOhm maximum at 14A and 10V, it minimizes conduction losses. The FDD7030BL supports gate drive voltages from 4.5V to 10V and has a maximum gate charge (Qg) of 20 nC at 5V. Input capacitance (Ciss) is 1425 pF maximum at 15V. This MOSFET is housed in a TO-252-3, DPAK (SC-63) surface mount package and can dissipate up to 2.8W (Ta) or 60W (Tc). It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
