The onsemi FDD6696 is an N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFET, available in a TO-252AA (DPAK) surface mount package. This component features a Drain-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 30V and offers a continuous drain current capability of 13A at ambient temperature (Ta) and 50A at case temperature (Tc). With a maximum power dissipation of 3.8W (Ta) and 52W (Tc), and a low on-resistance of 8mOhm at 13A and 10V Vgs, the FDD6696 is suitable for demanding applications. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 175°C (TJ).
