onsemi's SWITCHMODE™ NBRD5H100T4G is a 5A Schottky barrier rectifier designed for demanding applications. This component features a 100V reverse voltage rating and a low forward voltage drop of 710mV at 5A, ensuring efficient operation. The reverse leakage current is a mere 3.5 µA at 100V, minimizing quiescent power consumption. Manufactured with Schottky technology, it offers fast switching characteristics suitable for power supply rectification and high-frequency switching circuits. The DPAK (TO-252-3) package facilitates surface mounting and thermal management. Qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications, this diode is also suitable for use in industrial, consumer electronics, and telecommunications sectors. It is supplied on tape and reel for automated assembly processes.
