onsemi SWITCHMODE™ MURD340T4 is a fast recovery, general-purpose diode designed for demanding applications. This surface-mount component, housed in a TO-252-3, DPAK package, offers a 400V reverse voltage (Vr) and a 3A average rectified current (Io). Its low leakage current of 5 µA at 400V and a forward voltage drop (Vf) of 1.15V at 3A highlight its efficiency.
