The onsemi MUR460RL is a SWITCHMODE™ series general-purpose diode designed for demanding applications. This axial-packaged device features a 600V reverse voltage rating and a 4A average rectified current capability. Its fast recovery characteristic, with a typical reverse recovery time of 75ns, makes it suitable for power switching circuits. The forward voltage drop is 1.28V at 4A, and the reverse leakage current is a low 10 µA at 600V. Operating across a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C, this diode is housed in a DO-201AA, DO-27 axial package, supplied in tape and reel.
