The onsemi MUR220 is a SWITCHMODE™ series general-purpose diode featuring a 200V reverse voltage (Vr) and a 2A average rectified current (Io). This fast recovery diode, with a typical reverse recovery time (trr) of 35 ns, is designed for efficient rectification applications. Its low forward voltage drop of 950 mV at 2A and minimal reverse leakage of 2 µA at 200V ensure high performance.
