The onsemi MUR2100ERL is a general-purpose, fast-recovery rectifier diode from the SWITCHMODE™ series. This axial-packaged device offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and a continuous average forward current of 2A. It exhibits a low leakage current of 10 µA at its maximum reverse voltage and a forward voltage drop of 2.2V at 2A. The diode has a reverse recovery time of 100 ns, characteristic of its fast-recovery speed. Operating across a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C, the MUR2100ERL is suitable for power supply, lighting, and industrial control applications. It is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
