The onsemi SWITCHMODE™ MUR2100E is a general-purpose rectifier diode offering a 1000V reverse voltage capability with a 2A average forward current. This device features a fast recovery time of 100 ns and a low forward voltage drop of 2.2V at 2A. The reverse leakage current is a maximum of 10 µA at 1000V. Designed for through-hole mounting with an axial package (DO-204AL, DO-41), the MUR2100E operates across a wide temperature range from -65°C to 175°C.
