The onsemi MUR2020R is a high-speed rectifier from the SWITCHMODE™ series, designed for demanding power applications. This general-purpose diode features a 200V reverse voltage rating and a 20A average rectified current capability. With a fast recovery time of 95 ns, it is well-suited for switching frequencies where efficient rectification is critical. The forward voltage drop is a maximum of 1.1V at 20A. Encased in a TO-220-2 package for through-hole mounting, this device operates across a wide junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
