The onsemi SWITCHMODE™ MUR140RL is a fast recovery general-purpose rectifier diode with a 400V reverse voltage (Vr) and 1A average rectified current (Io). This axial-leaded component, housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) package, exhibits a forward voltage (Vf) of 1.25V at 1A and a reverse leakage current of 5 µA at 400V.
