The onsemi MUR130RLG is a SWITCHMODE™ series fast recovery rectifier designed for general-purpose applications. This axial leaded component offers a 300V reverse voltage rating and a 1A average rectified forward current capability. With a forward voltage drop of 1.25V at 1A and a reverse leakage of 5 µA at 300V, it exhibits efficient performance. The reverse recovery time (trr) is rated at 75 ns, classifying it as a fast recovery diode.
