onsemi SWITCHMODE™ MUR130G is a general-purpose, fast-recovery diode designed for high-efficiency power rectification. This axial-packaged component features a 300V reverse voltage rating and a 1A average rectified current capability. Its forward voltage drop is a maximum of 1.25V at 1A, with a reverse leakage current of only 5 µA at 300V. The MUR130G boasts a reverse recovery time (trr) of 75 ns, classifying it as a fast-recovery device.
