The onsemi MBRF40250T is a high-performance Schottky Rectifier from the SWITCHMODE™ series. This through-hole component features a 250V maximum DC reverse voltage and a 40A average rectified current capability. Its fast recovery time of 35 ns and low forward voltage drop of 970 mV at 40A make it suitable for demanding power supply applications.
