The onsemi MBRB4030T4G is a SWITCHMODE™ series Schottky diode designed for high-current rectification applications. This surface mount component, housed in a D2PAK (TO-263-3, D2PAK) package, offers a maximum DC reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current capability of 40A. Featuring a low forward voltage drop of 550mV at 40A, it contributes to improved power efficiency in demanding circuits. The reverse leakage current is specified at 350 µA at 30V.
