The onsemi PN4143 is a PNP bipolar junction transistor designed for general-purpose amplification and switching applications. This through-hole component features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 40V and a maximum continuous collector current of 800mA. With a maximum power dissipation of 625mW, the PN4143 offers a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 100 at 150mA and 10V.
