onsemi MPSA64RLRAG is a PNP Darlington bipolar transistor designed for general-purpose amplification and switching applications. This device features a 30 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current capability of 500 mA. The high DC current gain, specified at a minimum of 20,000 at 100 mA and 5 V, makes it suitable for low-level signal amplification. It operates with a transition frequency of 125 MHz and has a maximum power dissipation of 625 mW. The transistor is housed in a TO-92 (TO-226) package with formed leads for through-hole mounting and is supplied on tape and reel. The collector-emitter saturation voltage is a maximum of 1.5 V at 100 µA base current and 100 mA collector current. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
