The onsemi KSC388CYTA is an NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for general-purpose amplification and switching applications. This device features a maximum collector current (Ic) of 50 mA and a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (Vce(max)) of 25 V. With a transition frequency (fT) of 300 MHz and a power dissipation of 300 mW, it is suitable for use in consumer electronics and industrial control systems. The minimum DC current gain (hFE) is 20 at 12.5 mA collector current and 12.5 V collector-emitter voltage. The transistor operates within an extended temperature range up to 150°C (TJ).
