The onsemi CPH3215-TL-E is an NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for surface mount applications. This device features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 30V and a maximum continuous collector current of 1.5A. With a transition frequency of 500MHz and a maximum power dissipation of 900mW, it is suitable for switching and amplification circuits. The DC current gain (hFE) is a minimum of 200 at 100mA and 2V, and the saturation voltage (Vce(sat)) is 225mV maximum at 15mA base current and 750mA collector current. The collector cutoff current (ICBO) is a maximum of 100nA. The operating junction temperature range is up to 150°C.
