The onsemi 2N4124TFR is an NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for general-purpose amplification and switching applications. This device features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 25V and a continuous collector current capability of up to 200 mA. With a transition frequency of 300 MHz and a maximum power dissipation of 625 mW, it is suitable for use in consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and telecommunications equipment.
