onsemi MCR12DSMT4 is a sensitive gate SCR designed for demanding applications. This surface mount thyristor, housed in a TO-252-3, DPAK package, offers a 600V off-state voltage and a continuous on-state current of 12A RMS. Its sensitive gate trigger characteristics, with a maximum Igt of 200 µA and Vgt of 1V, allow for efficient triggering from low-power control sources. The MCR12DSMT4 exhibits a maximum on-state current of 7.6A (AV) and can withstand non-repetitive surge currents of up to 100A at 60Hz.
