The onsemi MCR100-4RLRMG is a sensitive gate Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for through-hole mounting. This component features a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 200V and an RMS on-state current handling capability of 800mA. Its sensitive gate characteristics are defined by a maximum gate trigger current (IGT) of 200 µA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 800 mV.
