The onsemi MCR100-3RL is a sensitive gate silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) designed for through-hole mounting in a TO-92 (TO-226) package. This component offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 100V and an RMS on-state current (IT(RMS)) of up to 800mA. With a maximum gate trigger current (IGT) of 200 µA and a gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 800 mV, it provides reliable triggering characteristics. The device features a low off-state leakage current of 10 µA (max) and a hold current (IH) of 5 mA (max). It can withstand a non-repetitive surge current of 10A at 60Hz. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 110°C.
