The onsemi HIPO™ series NCP1094MNRG is a single-channel Power over Ethernet controller designed for IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) and 802.3af (PoE) compliant Powered Devices (PDs). This device integrates a low-resistance internal switch with auxiliary sense capability, simplifying system design and reducing component count. It operates from 0V to 57V supply and supports up to 25.5W power. The NCP1094MNRG is housed in a 10-DFN (3x3) package, suitable for surface mounting and supplied on tape and reel.
